Forex trading and currency $

What is ForexWhat am i doing when trading currencies?
Forex means an abbreviation used to refer to the "foreign currency" and is often used to describe and explain the trade in the currency market by investors and speculators. You a situation in which the dollar is expected to weaken in value against the euro imagine. The forex trader in this situation will sell dollars and buy euros. If the euro strengthens, the purchasing power to buy dollars now has increased. The trader now can buy back more dollars than they had to start making a profit. This is very similar to stock trading. A broker will buy a stock if they think the price will rise in the future and sell a stock if they think the price will fall in the future. Likewise, a forex trader will buy a currency pair if they expect their exchange rate will rise in the future and sell a currency pair if they expect their exchange rate will fall in the future. I hope you have served my explanation, thanks
